Receivio: PO Label & Receive is a Shopify app that helps merchants create purchase orders, receive stock, update Shopify inventory, and generate printable barcode label PDFs for newly arrived products.

This Privacy Policy explains what data Receivio: PO Label & Receive accesses, how we use it, what we do not access, and how merchants can request data deletion.

Data we access

When you install and use Receivio: PO Label & Receive, the app may access the following Shopify store data:

• Shop name, shop domain, currency, and app installation metadata
• Product and variant information, including product titles, variants, SKUs, barcodes, prices, and product identifiers
• Inventory item and inventory level information needed to receive stock and update inventory
• Shopify locations used for receiving stock
• App-created purchase orders, suppliers, receiving sessions, label jobs, label templates, settings, and barcode-related records
• Catalog snapshots used to make purchase order creation faster
• App usage metadata, such as features used, plan limits, and billing status

Receivio: PO Label & Receive only accesses data needed to provide purchase order receiving, inventory update, barcode management, and label PDF generation workflows.

Data we do not access

Receivio: PO Label & Receive does not require or intentionally access:

• Customer personal information
• Customer names
• Customer email addresses
• Customer phone numbers
• Customer addresses
• Order history
• Payment data
• Credit card data
• Checkout data
• Protected customer data

The app is designed to work with product, inventory, location, purchase order, barcode, and label data. Customer and order data are not required for the app's core functionality.

How we use data

We use the data we access to:

• Sync Shopify products and variants for purchase order creation
• Create and manage purchase orders
• Receive full or partial stock quantities
• Update Shopify inventory when receiving is confirmed
• Generate printable barcode label PDFs
• Store label job history so merchants can re-download label PDFs
• Detect products or variants with missing barcode values
• Generate internal barcode values when requested by the merchant
• Save app settings, such as default location, label template, barcode behavior, and receiving preferences
• Manage app access, plan limits, billing status, support, and technical troubleshooting

Receivio: PO Label & Receive does not sell merchant data.

Applying changes to Shopify

Receivio: PO Label & Receive updates Shopify inventory only when the merchant confirms a receiving action.

If the merchant chooses to generate or apply barcode values, the app may update barcode-related product or variant fields only after the merchant takes that action.

The app does not silently change product, barcode, or inventory data without merchant action.

Label PDFs and stored files

Receivio: PO Label & Receive may generate barcode label PDF files for received stock.

These label files may be stored while the app is installed so merchants can re-download previous label jobs.

Label PDFs are intended to be downloaded and printed by the merchant using their normal browser, PDF viewer, or printer setup.

Third-party services

Receivio: PO Label & Receive uses Shopify for authentication, app installation, billing, inventory access, product access, and platform services.

We may also use hosting, database, storage, logging, analytics, and support tools needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the app.

We do not send customer personal information, order data, payment data, or protected customer data to third-party services because this data is not required for the app's functionality.

Data retention

Receivio: PO Label & Receive stores app data while the app is installed, including purchase orders, receiving sessions, catalog snapshots, label jobs, barcode records, app settings, and encrypted Shopify access tokens.

When a merchant uninstalls the app, we revoke stored access tokens, reset the shop to the free plan, and cancel local billing records. Purchase orders, receiving history, label jobs, and settings may be retained for a limited period so data can be restored if the merchant reinstalls.

After uninstall, Shopify sends a mandatory shop/redact request (typically about 48 hours later). When we receive it, we permanently delete all remaining shop data, including stored files.

Merchants may also request deletion of stored app data by contacting support@bobook.club.

Data sharing

We do not sell merchant data.

We may share limited data only with service providers needed to operate the app, such as:

• Shopify, for authentication, installation, billing, product, inventory, and platform services
• Hosting and database providers
• File storage providers used for generated label PDFs or import files
• Error monitoring, analytics, and support tools used to maintain and improve the app

These services are used only to operate, secure, support, and improve Receivio: PO Label & Receive.

Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect merchant data, including restricted access, secure authentication, encrypted credentials where applicable, and secure hosting practices.

No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, but we work to protect merchant data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.

Merchant rights and data requests

Merchants may request access, correction, or deletion of their Receivio: PO Label & Receive data by contacting support@bobook.club.

We may need to verify the requesting shop before processing certain requests.

Printing limitation

Receivio: PO Label & Receive generates printable PDF label files.

The app does not directly connect to Zebra, Dymo, USB, Bluetooth, or network printers. Merchants print generated PDFs using their normal PDF or printer setup.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above.
